「Overall, excellent property. Good linens and nice and bright. Only item of concern is common area cleanliness. Elevators had dirty floors with trash on the floor and greasy handprints all over walls. Hallways on the 5th floor where my room was needed a good vacuum. Front desk service was amazing. Super friendly and organized staff.」

「Beautiful and peaceful place to stay. It reminded me of all the comforts and hospitality of my grandparents. It also took my imagination to the party scenes in “The Nutcracker” and “The Sound of Music” . Staff was easy to work with and they were friendly!」

「Overall All was great! Some little details could be improved: Coffee brewer didn’t work properly. Extra water to brew coffee was not available ☹️. FYI The TV did not connect to server and help phone support did not pick up. It took some troubleshooting to discover that the on/off button is located on the panel mounted to the wall . Bathroom Mirror is mounted at belly height. ??」
