「All was great. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in hoping to get a room, but we did had to wait about 20 minutes. We had the room as promised, clean and comfortable…staff was courteous and attentive…」

「I always stay here when visiting my mom in Schenectady and the front desk is always so helpful, patient and kind. Huge thanks to Colin for his warm reception. Manager covering during check out could use some of the hospitality training from the other staff. The room was clean but toiletries need to be freshened up as most are out but i bring my own so had it wasnt a dire need. Rooms are clean, bed pillows should be changed, pretty small and flat for a king size bed. Overall a good stay.」
