"Great location within short walking distance to Ithaca Commons restaurants, free parking (with hotel validation) in the parking garage around the corner, room was clean, lots of desk space to do computer work, microwave to heat food, good water pressure in shower. Water pressure in sink however was low. Lighting was a bit harsh and limited (bright white light in floor & desk lamp, no dimmers, non-adjustable neck on desk lamp). Overall served our purpose for visiting the area well. "

"Room by elevator a bit loud. Also, they played a very low music in the hallways, all night long too. It wasn't loud but for a light sleeper like myself I found it a bit bothersome. Great location. "

"Beautiful castle property on Seneca Lake. Woke up to the sun coming over the water. Historical building with upscale appeal. Restaurant was like taking a Time Machine. Food quality was very high end."

"This is my third time staying at this property, it is super convenient to access the wineries around Hector. It’s nice to drive down to the water and sit on the dock and watch sunset. The facilities are always very clean and well-kept, kitchen was fully stocked beds are very comfortable, this is my new go to place to stay on that side of Seneca lake. "

"Very clean and comfortable accommodations for our one-night stay in Skaneateles. Communication was great before and during our stay. The suite was roomy and provided us a good opportunity to rest and recharge. Little extras were nice too!"

"Room was large with fridge, sink and stove. There was lots of storage/closet space. Shower was hot with a good flow. We had difficulty working the heat/AC remote so room was a bit chilly but nothing bithersome enough to call front desk."
