「The elevator was out of service, so the desk workers had to power it up in order to go to the third floor, but when they were busy the wait was unacceptable for them to manually open the elevator doors. 「Ugh. The hotel property is a disaster. The swimming pool looks pristine on the webpage, and there are zero comments about the pool being closed. In fact - on the main website they advertise the “ pool is now open.” What a disgusting bowl of swamp water for a pool. 3rd floor ice machine doesn’t work - nor does the drier.
