「Beds are not comfy, duct tape on the windows curtains, closet door fell off when opened, in house restaurant was pricey and mediocre at best, asked for medium rare ribeye, got well done. Housekeeping walked into the room without knocking, 2 hours before checkout, as I was standing right there naked fresh out of the shower. Payed for a king suite with a lakeview, the was only one window out of three you could see the lake out of and you had to lean over the desk to look out of it. The...

「I stayed with my family of 5 and we had plenty of room. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room overlooked Lake Superior which was lovely. My son enjoyed the workout room and my whole family absolutely loved the pool area. This is a very nice hotel and the price can’t be beat!! Looking forward to staying again in the future!」

「We only stayed one night because we were passing through. We were upgraded from a cabin to the lake house for no charge because of a booking conflict, so that was very good for us ! Lake house was very roomy , and had lots of character. Some antique furnishings , a full kitchen and laundry, and even two tubs of locally made ice cream in the freezer ! Mainfloor washroom was way too far away away from the bedrooms for our liking , but that would be our only complaint.」
