「We would have had a great experience if we had not been treated so poorly by Katrina, the employee hosting the entrance of the hotel. We had purchased breakfast, but the kitchen was closed in the morning due to the winter blizzard. I entered the dining area and apparently I had crossed some line I was not supposed to behind the counter. She immediately began yelling at me and telling me that I could not have any breakfast. I told her she was rude and should have approached the situation...

「I am a booking agent for bands and a concert photographer, so I have been to many inns and hotels. This by far is absolutely the best stay I have ever had! The breakfast is amazing and the couple that runs it is absolutely the best. If I could give it 20 stars, I would. 10/10!」
