"This was a little piece of heaven. We were in the area for a family members wedding. The house acted as a meeting spot for family to tuch basis and plan. It was nice and quiet, with beautifully lit pathways and ample outside areas to relax. The decorations in the home were done with care for detail. I highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing weekend getaway, or vacation rental. It won't disappoint. 👍😊"

"What a wonderful location on a hill with a stunning view all day the rooms were great and all the amenities were top knotch my were where a huge family ranging from grandkids to grandparents everyone had a blast and didnt want the weekend to end, futhermore the host were so kind and extremely helpful we will be lookimg foward to our next trip"

"This is our favorite place to stay in Amador County. The hotel is a gas, very old timey and well maintained. We made dinner reservations and the food and service and atmosphere were impeccable! Don't miss the cute underground bar below, you'll feel like you're in a speakeasy. Great cocktails. We love the location right on Main Street, plenty to do. "

"This was the first stop for us on a 3 week California road trip and from previous reviews we were anticipating a warm welcome with a wine and snacks reception then a hearty breakfast next morning. Sadly we were a bit disappointed. We were welcomed by the owner and had a glass of wine but then never saw her again. We were expecting a lovely breakfast but instead got a rather basic breakfast box and a pot of coffee left outside our room in the morning. As we booked believing we’d get a full...

"Our stay at the HIE in Jackson was nice. The service was attentive and the room was clean. Breakfast was as expected with the options slightly changed up over our stay. I visited the exercise room. It's quite dated and one of the TVs didn't work. I'll live. Overall, nice stay. "

"Comfy cabin with large deck. We enjoyed sitting outside in the quiet evenings. Comfortable beds, but thin, steep stairs going to second floor. Only half-bath upstairs but two full baths downstairs. Good variety of games to play, adequate dishes, and a Keurig coffee maker. Grocery store a mile nearby. Owner very good communication. "
