「Chose this hotel based on photos online we were disappointed. Upon arrival it does appear to be in renovation so hopefully will get better, but the hotel next door was very questionable and there were people wandering about near the parked cars in our lot. The room itself had a funny smell and was passably clean, but in bad need of update. The Halls have been recently painted and you could they are working on it I would wait until renovation was complete before considering staying again. No...

「The place was clean and the staff was very helpful! However There was only 1 of the 2 bottles of "complimentary" (aka $2/ea.) water in our room when we arrived. The A/C was not working. We were woken up by construction very early Saturday morning. The final straw was when we returned to our room that night and could hear 2 small dogs barking in the room next door. Not something the hotel could prevent, but was the last thing we could put up with after trying to work with the other issues....

「There are no glaring negatives to this property for us. The room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was large. The staff seemed easily distracted. When we checked in the staff seemed to be in need of a big cup of coffee. When we were trying to check out the man was on his cell phone. We thought it might be a business call until he ended it with a hearty "later dude." We waited over 4 minutes for him to finish his call. Not the end of the world, but it wasn't what we expected.
