「They r under renovations . Staff was quite friendly . I had booked my room app. Nine months before arrival and had pd . But upon arrival was told there was a problem . I was definitely surprised . I was offered a handicapped room there or a 2 bedroom at another hotel . We were exhausted so we took current handicap room there . But was given a full refund . Which was very kind . Just was very confused. The next morning at breakfast 3 ladies near us told us they had booked there room 4 days...

「When we checked in, we were not told the breakfast bar was going to be down for the weekend and not accommodated for this at all. We did not have a room cleaned and had to call to ask for towels they have one of us to pick them up at the front desk no coffee refill for the amount of money that we paid.
