「Rooms are tight. Mattresses need an upgrade. Was only for 1 night so no big deal. 」

「This is a bit of a dated hotel, but it was still fairly nice. Our rooms air conditioner was totally frosted over, so not working. The maintenance guy was really nice and came right away. They moved us to a slightly nicer room before they even had him come though. The pool area was really nice and the pool was really warm. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. 」

「The Montvale is a great, classic hotel. It is literally across the street from our concert venue. Would definitely come again.」

「The person on duty at check in on 08/07 at circa 9pm was super helpful and efficient. We were only staying as a result of late arrival in Spokane due to flight delays. I forget his full name, it was something first name and last name Marchand but he made the process a good experience for a tired couple. Otherwise, it's a Hilton Garden inn and I always know what to expect. Having one at the Spokane airport made the choice of Hilton a no brainer. Thanks P.s. my wife was highly complimentary of...

「房間乾淨，床單每天都有更新。房間設備齊全，微波爐冰箱都有，暖氣也很溫暖，還有按摩浴缸可以使用。早餐普通，但整天都有供應咖啡與檸檬水。附近餐廳很多，還有一個有機商品店讓我買東西很方便。唯一的缺點是這段時間房價太貴了，是平常的三倍價錢，除此之外整體來講還是不錯的選擇。」
