「Great overall experience. Staff was friendly. Food quality was good. Toilet was in a separate room within bathroom (with fan) which was nice. Caveat: walls are thin so would request end room if you are sensitive to noise. That said, will look for these properties in future based on our stay👍」

「This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and greeted us each time we walked in the doors. While not necessary it did give us the opportunity to ask for extra towels etc without feeling like a burden. The hotel was very clean and the pool was fabulous! We will be back, nothing better if your visiting birch bay. BB hotels aren’t this nice. 」

「Easily the most relaxing and fun stay we had on our journey from Alaska. The entire staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. It’s amazing how pet-friendly this hotel was- never seen anything like it before! And everyone interacts with the fur-guests, too! 「The rental unit is pretty good. It is close to Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest and it is clean with sufficient amenities. The only issue is that our unit is facing a major road that traffic noise was a nuisance.」
