"I booked the hotel 3 months early, that time my child is 12 years old, so I booked a room which allows 2 adults and 1 child to stay in. However, by the time we arrived at the hotel, my child just turned into 13 and the staff said the room was not suitable for us, but all other rooms were fully booked. We were disappointed with this system, this is too tricky because the child is actually 2-3 months difference on age, the figure and height stay the same, if a 12-year old child can fit in the room, why a 13-year-old not fit?
