"The room was clean, spacious for what I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were limited but absolutely adequate. The location was optimal for what I needed. The staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was easy. The mini fridge and coffee maker were nice features for extra convenience. "

"Everything is good but i don’t think they should be rated 8. I been to hotels that are 8 and they are way better. If i have to rate them fairly and honestly it should be 7. They need some upgrades. Floor and bathroom arrangement. "

"Pros: king bed was very comfortable and the room was large. Good lighting. Check in staff was friendly. Small and likely "family run" hotel which we love, but sadly, SO MANY reasons to not stay here. Cons: Dirty. Dirty everywhere except the sheets, mini-fridge, and microwave. Filthy floor. Swept, but not mopped. Black socks after walking around the room for 5 minutes. 2 guests in room and we were left with 3 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat, no anti-slip mat for shower. No plastic liner for the ice bin. Bathroom trash can had garbage in it from last guest. Opened and used soap in shower. BAD area of town. A lot of homeless milling around. On a loud and busy street. Scary clientele - loud, disrespectful, fight at 2am - just waiting for the bullets to start flying. Nothing worth seeing or doing nearby. Many repairs needed, but the ones they have done are very poorly executed. Just overall gross! Sorry! "
