"Room was well kept. Motel had water damage to other rooms and canceled other travelers, but did not have phone line to discuss options. Also had vagrants wandering the hallways and dining area. Breakfast was minimal at best. Front office was covered by maintenance man, he did his best,"

"The room was great - we LOVED housekeeping dumping the trash & adding fresh towels. We haven't gotten that service at any hotel since covid. The back parking lot has sizable potholes but after the winter we've had, that's not terribly surprising. Both times I went to get a hot drink there were no hot cups available - perhaps they were isolated incidents, but 2 days in a row during breakfast was disappointing. All staff were very pleasant. Upgrading the TVs so people could use streaming services would be great!"

"I stood in the lobby for 15 mins, I called but never heard a phone or anyone pick up.. got to the room, room was super hot! Heat wouldn’t turn off at all. AC hardly worked. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. (Yes I said something but they didn’t understand I guess). Also, tired saying my check out was yesterday (Friday) so they were knocking on my door at 11:05Am."
