"There was one guest that made others feel uncomfortable. He approached people and was very hard to understand. "

"Staff is a little rude at times but others try to compensate with super friendliness. Cleanliness is pretty good but amenities are outdated and sub par. Continental breakfast is cereal, honey buns and waffles....that's it. Coffee has to be asked to be made instead of proactive staff involvement. Overall, it was a place to stay based on business need, but definitely would not recommend if you wanted a truly relaxing and pleasure experience. "

"Staff was really great. Checking in was easy. Parking area was well lighted at night. Kitchen came equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The building was a little dated, but everything was clean, well maintained, and functional. "

"Stayed a couple of nights. It was peaceful, quiet, and clean. The front desk was friendly and helpful. I wished there were more channels on the TV but ironically there's some lawsuit/litigation going on between the cable company and the networks and the 100,000+ customers are all stuck in the middle. I travel a bit and and stay in Red Roof Inns frequently and Fairmont is top notch. "
