"The room was clean and the man that checked me in was very nice. There were a few things that were worn/tattered but otherwise was good. No pets and didn’t have breakfast there but I was kindly informed about both. Would stay here again, as it was affordable and not dirty. "

"Room was not clean, number of things broken in the room, lamp bases were rusted. Breakfast was not good, fruit bowl had two apples that looked like they had been there for a week. Didn't rate terrible because the shower was hot and bed was comfortable, but outside of that, probably 2nd worst hotel i have stayed in. "

"Yes the room was very clean and spacious, met all of our needs. Since location was in town, easy to find, near restaurants and shops for our convenience. Being affordable also was a plus since we were coming to visit with extended family following a death in the family. "
