「When I first walked in to the hotel, I became worried that I made a mistake. It smelled VERY strongly of perfume on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor and didn't smell, thankfully. The room was clean and our bedding was clean. Only real complaint is the bed and pillows. Both my husband and I sunk into the bed and it made sleeping difficult. But overall, I am not disappointed with the stay.」

「We arrived at the hotel shortly after midnight. At first glance, it seemed like a basic but acceptable hotel. However, once we reached the third floor, I was shocked by how filthy the carpet was. It was unbelievably dirty. The curtains at the end of the hallway also had visible stains from what appeared to be spilled liquids — something that could easily have been fixed with a simple wash.
The bed itself was comfortable, but I honestly felt uneasy and worried about whether the sheets were...

「The room was very clean but had a sterile feel. There was no drapes covering the window, only blinds. So there was too much light coming in the window for us to sleep. Also, we would have preferred a king bed and they only had a queen bed offered at the time. They don't provide utensils or dishes unless you pay extra. I would suggest bringing your own. They did however, give us an extra blanket when we asked.」

「This property has gone downhill quickly since the last time I stayed here. The rooms are not very well cleaned. The towels and sheets are in desperate need of replacement. Lots of water staining on the walls. Found an extremely broken chair in the room and asked that it be replaced. They brought a new chair and left the broken one in the room. Notified the front desk of a light out in the room, never addressed during our stay.」
