「Directions into the resort is a little challenging. Signage could be better to direct you to the office for checkin. There are only 5 parking spots to check in and a very tight area to turn around to get your car out of that area. The room is a normal hotel room. Your room key will get you into the hot springs pool. There are a lot of people who come to use the facility by the hour, so sometimes the pool is very busy. 「This is a superior property for a Hampton. It is clean, well maintained, and looks new or very recent (as of 2026). The showers are great, with controls on one wall and shower head on the opposite. Breakfast is the standard American hotel offal - sigh. Go to Pine Street bakery for yummy scones and serious coffee.」

「It's a family run business, but you can tell nothing has been updated in decades. The family running it was nice, and I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience; however, this was the shabbiest place I've stayed in as long as I can remember- shower was too low even for me at 5'4", holes in curtains, mattress that was mostly just springs, TV didn't work, and the faint smell of cigarette smoke from many years past.」
