「Desk staff did well. Asked for quiet room & placed on 3rd floor, opposite from interstate, best they could have done. Walls do not block sound & could hear TV from another room. Room was clean. Lobby smelled like a kennel. Remodeling on 1st floor & lots of construction dust. Breakfast bar limited options & not tended well. Only fruit was apples.」

「Staff very friendly. Liked the coffee/tea machine, the tea did not taste like coffee. The breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the area clean.
My only dislike was the large cabinet in our room rattled everytime we walked by.
Also we were on the second floor, did not like the stomping of the people above us.」

「Unfortunately, this hotel now caters to traveling sports teams. There were MANY unsupervised children running throughout the hotel (inside and out) and well into the night.
The staff addressed our concerns by moving our stay to an upper floor where they were supposedly not staying. Wrong! These hoodlums ran, unsupervised, everywhere!!
We loved staying here twice a year, but no more.」
