"Nice place near the ocean about 2mi from town"

"It is an older hotel, but we didn’t care if it was updated or not. The lady at the front desk was a wealth of information . The views are amazing daylight but evening was spectacular!! Wow!! Definitely spend the money and get the views!! Definitely would stay again! "

"Attached to the hotel is the Governor's restaurant (the pictures that show bakery items under glass). Pool and hot tub are well maintained, I see maintenance and staff all around the property from early hours until late. Grab and Go breakfast choices on par with many breakfast options from most hotel chains. Super awesome desk staff, Genn and Julie were very helpful with sites for various topics around town, and requests. "

"Yardarm Motel has a very home feel to it. The rooms were clean and continental breakfast and coffee were delicious."

"We loved our 3-night stay in the cottage! It was a little tight for our family of 4 but it was perfectly clean and decorated adorably. It had everything we needed to make a cooked breakfast each morning and a patio out front overlooking the water. The hot tub unfortunately didn’t seem to be working as the water wasn’t warm/hot at all, however, our boys enjoyed swimming in the pool. We drove into Acadia both days and it was about 1.5 hours drive. We would definitely stay again if we go that way again!"
