「When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. 」

There was no honest effort or customer service to work with me on my change request. I’m not sure I will use Expedia for any future travels.」

「Nice gal tried checking us in earlier than normal time. We went to the room it was a disaster so we just said we'd come back at normal check-in. We did around 4:00 the room was still a disaster. So we had to lug our bags back out to the front desk different Gal says oh yeah that room has to be deep cleaned so we put you in another room. They could have called us beforehand before we went back to the disaster room.」

Was an exhausting experience just to check in, thankfully the staff at hotel were accommodating, having said that I will no longer be using Expedia for any travel arrangements」

「My room was on the ground floor. With the trees outside the window, the room was not very bright which was not a problem for me as I did not stay in the room during the day.
The smell of the room or the towels was not particularly refreshing but still acceptable. 」
