"The property was clean and well kept on the exterior. The interior was warm and inviting. The room was clean but could have been better--the bathroom had hair in the shower and there were stains on the carpet. The pillows smelled like shampoo and I had to ask for clean linens and towels after housekeeping took them on the 2nd day of our stay. The elevator was very unnerving to say the least. "The room was lovely. Super spacious with a view over the pool and a nice, filling complimentary breakfast. The day staff were awesome. However, the night receptionist was a little shabby and off-hand. When we asked for assistance with the lift as it wasn’t working, she wasn’t interested. My husband ended up climbing the fire stairs only to find paper wedged in the 2nd floor lift door which effectively shut it down."
