「New and clean.」

「Great location. We like visiting breweries and there are several that are very close. One was directly across the street. The place was not fancy, but neither are we. It was clean and comfortable.」

「Very nice place to stay, super clean and excellent service. Within walking distance to clubs, dining and The Moody Center. The top floor is a very nice setup for working online privately or just hanging out . There are several offices available to anyone needing that service. 」

「Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...
