"As you first pull up the motel looks abandoned as the grass is over grown and there was no vehicles there. We go to ate room it smelled horrible!! There were dirty washcloths left in our shower."

"The headboard was completely off the bed pushed up against the window. With a dirty sock, a tv was missing in 1 room.. they completely put me in a renovated room that was not done."

"First and foremost, the desk clerk, Glen, was absolutely wonderful. Very understanding and patient. He upgraded our room to an interior entrance to make us feel safe, but... the first room smelled musty and the heater was extremely loud, so he moved us, but... The heater did not work and baby roaches were all over the nightstand. We did not even set our suitcases down before walking out! We were able to get a refund and in the future I will do more research before booking a room! "
