「The hotel contacted Expedia to cancel my room on the day of arrival in order to accommodate a group of construction workers, without any notice. I had surgery scheduled early the next morning and every hotel in town was booked, so we had to stay in Pullman. It was extremely unprofessional, inconvenient and caused a difficult time to be more challenging than it needed to be.」

「At check in I let them know that I had paid for the upgrade room with the couch. They stated that they don’t have those rooms so I asked for a fold away bed, they said they didn’t have those either. They said they would give me extra blankets so one of us could sleep on the floor. I explained that all 3 of us were disabled and we were not sleeping on the floor!
