「the room was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. the pool looked very nice, but we didn't use it. convenient breakfast the next morning. just the bathroom needs updating, and the tub didn't drain well」

「Hotel was right off the highway, so was very noisy. Room was dingy and very outdated. Toilet barely flushed, there were ants in the bathroom. The sheets seemed cleaned, but bed was very uncomfortable. My card quit working for no reason, so I had to go to the office to reactivate it. I bought a pop from the vending machine. It was all sticky and was barely cold. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room, so I took them with me whenever I left.」
