"We appreciated being able to check in early, and the staff at the front desk was kind and welcoming. That definitely made a good first impression. However, the room felt like a bit of a downgrade. The bathroom in particular seemed dated, and the floors didn’t appear to be cleaned thoroughly. The main room itself was fine and seemed clean, and the bed was very comfortable—probably the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was underwhelming. There were no hot food options—just bread, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, and cereal. We were only passing through and didn’t expect much, but we usually look forward to hotel breakfast, so that was disappointing. Overall, it was okay for a quick stop, but I likely wouldn’t stay here again"

"Staff was wonderful but the lack of cleanliness really took away from our stay. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room, scrubbed the surfaces that were covered in a film and dust. I bought extra sheets and covered all the linens, they smelled and were horribly stained. If they get the housekeeping under control - this would be a great place. "

"The lady at the front desk was wonderful. Very kind and helpful. The room, however, had several strands of long brown hair (I have 1 inch long brown hair lol) and was generally unclean. Breakfast the next day was not out anywhere near the 6.a.m time (I was there at 6:30), and the lady who I assumed was responsible for breakfast that morning was passed out on the couch in the lobby. "
