"The staff was wonderful, kind and helpful! The bathroom in our room was not very clean unfortunately and had a lot of hair around the shower, but all in all not too bad."

"door key did not work. 3 attempts by me and then attempt by staff. Still did not work. (no elevator so each trip to desk was down and back up steps.) Still did not work on 2nd day of stay. Only book at last resort."

"The staff needs to wear proper attire, the front desk person was not wearing any under clothing with a white t-shirt, she appeared to just get out of bed. There was a smell of marijuana at the front entrance."

"The hallway stunk the area pets are supposed to go to the bathroom was gross no one was cleaning up after their dogs as we did. Outlet by sink didn't work. "
