"I really liked the customer friendly attitude of the staff. But the worst was the dirty and stinky bed. I felt the real bad sweaty bed. I had no options so i have to sleep on that dirty,sweaty and stinky bed."

"The room was nice, luminous, and the breakfast was just correct. The hotel itself is quite old, has seen better times. The elevators are a weak aspect, you take forever to catch one. The carpet in the corridors need a deep clean as well. For some reason Chicago emergency vehicles use a very noisy siren, it's impossible to sleep through the night. Other cities have change to equality effective but not so disturbing sirens. "
