"There are a lot of little things wrong like washing machine broken, hot water not in all showers but the staff are very helpful and the location to everywhere regardless of how you are travelling is fabulous If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs I will file it under my cheap and cheerful category for future reference FYI, no lift so pack lightly"

"Booked based on reviews. Staff was friendly, had nice hot shower, comfortable queen bed, nice view of canal. Was colder than normal outside and no central heating but extra blanket in closet and small space heater kept us very comfortable. Very close to canal trail into town which was very nice for walking. Curtains not room darkening. Very convenient location."
