「2nd floor rooms need significant upgrades. Breakfast same everyday. Powder eggs, sausage, waffles. Bathroom not clean. You have to ask for room cleaning, 24 hours in advance. Stayed 5 days, 2 people and 2 hangers. Asked for more and never delivered.」

They wanted to charge me again for the room and said I’d be getting the original charge back soon. That’s all fine except for the fact that I didn’t have enough to pay for the room a second time. 「Very dirty. Our room had blood on the walls. The bed dressing was not clean. Cigarette holes and hair on the blanket a sheets. Seemed more like an apartment. People hanging out in the parking lot. We went to another hotel. Still waiting to see if we will get a refund. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Not his fault for the property condition.」
