「Staff is friendly and very helpful. We had a bad experience at a nearby hotel, booked and no room. The BW staff took us in immediately. We extended our stay to 4 nights we were so happy the way we were welcomed.」

「Rooms are not only clean but up to date with tasteful decor. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd year staying and we are very happy with our whole experience. Breakfast is great with hot options daily. It's at the end of town and not as busy with traffic like most places in town. We can't wait to stay again next year.」

「I traveled from Michigan to Oregon. My stay at the Serena was wonderful. Staff was incredibly helpful. The room was comfortable. I was able to wash my laundry while swimming in the nice indoor pool. The laundry was located in a small room very close to the pool which was peaceful, nicely lit and in a beautiful cedar poolroom. This was a very pleasant stay. 「Great location near Mount Rushmore. Beautiful property, easy parking, great dining options near by, friendly staff. Breakfast was great to get our day started. Rooms were clean and spacious too.」
