"We arrived late at 1 AM to a zoom check in from somebody in India. No human contact….this person then tried to ask for an additional $10 per person staying in the room even though I had reserved the room for four people. Our room had two towels and not enough pillows for two beds. The window was shattered and had mold all around it. "
