「Check in was difficult with a person who we had trouble understanding due to a very heavy accent and who appeared to have difficulty with our expedia reservation. She also refused to believe that I had a disability. The room had a definite musty smell and the carpet looked like it needed to be shampooed. The air conditioning worked but was noisy. 「We arrived at the hotel on a Thursday and check in time was 3 o’clock and we were told that the room isn’t ready they are getting it cleaned, as we were waiting several customers came in and were given a room, I asked if there is another room available and my question was dismissed, she stated they are working on it now, still waiting and the office staff is in the office laughing and have a great time while you have customers waiting like go help housekeeping if you don’t have anything to do....
