「This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Stayed one night. Went to complain about mud and dirt on the floor but no one was at the front desk. The fire alarm went off 6 times between 10pm and 615am. The hotel refused to do anything about either complaint and refused to refund me for the 4 nights that I did not stay there. Expedia was unhelpful with my dispute.」

「The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night 」

「This is an older property that is well maintained and you can’t beat location in the middle of downtown Greenville. Walkable and lively yet the hotel is quiet and you can rest. Rooms are adequate. Not modern or renovated but clean. Toiletries are ok, internet worked well, front desk and valet were attentive. Good value downtown Greenville. 」
