「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」

「We all know it's not a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. The property is old, you can tell.
With that being said, it was clean. The only staff I saw was the gentleman at the desk when i checked in and checked out. He was the only one i saw setting up the breakfast, which was good. The typical eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, coffee, juices, yogurt, muffins, some fruit, and waffles.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No complaints. Better price point than most...

「For an older motel this was a well maintained property and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and it was a very quiet place. I would probably stay there again if I was in Maggie Valley.」
