「We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Lanai, the staff was very friendly and efficient . We dined at the Lanai City Bar and Grill in the hotel and had two delicious dinners. The service was great and we enjoyed the musical entertainment. Very relaxing and enjoyable time.」

「I didn't like the room location because it was near the highway. Late at night and early morning, traffic was noisy. The room was okay but the bathroom toilet needs an upgrade due to filling and flushing took many flushing and slow to fill. The bathroom sink leaked and there was no way for me to stop the leak. There was no internet for television and the remote control didn't work. There was no place for dining or order food nearby. The bed was very uncomfortable because it wasn't firm....

「Loved everything about the stay and property. Just a slight issue with the designated parking we were assigned to. Out of the four days, a car was parked on our designated parking for 2 days and no one was available to speak to about it on grounds office. 」
