"The staff was very nice and helpful. If I were rating based on solely them, I would give them 5 stars. They set up our extra bed, helped us bring our bags up, and made sure we did not leave anything behind after our stay. Other things enjoyable about the property was the shower water pressure and water temperature. The property was maybe just not something we are used to. "Staf in the hotel is very friendly, room is just what you expect, very clean and they do cleaning everyday, there are free snacks and water refill 24hrs. Best cold tea everr!! Hotel is near to all malls and train station."

"Laundry sign, but no laundry whatsoever. Just a dirty sink in the driveway. If you sneeze, your neighbor can hear you. Insane amount of noise from street and skytrain. Building actually shakes."
