"We were celebrating our 36th anniversary coming back to Kauai. The apartment in Princeville was great, comfortable and spacious. The only problem was traffic. The building was right off the main road and the first night was really noisy. We made sure windows were closed the second night/much better. The roosters crowing were the only disturbance. "Great for watching waves and whales (and chickens). While the location is nice, and the building is in good repair, we found the furniture uncomfortable to sit in. New cushions would improve the ability to enjoy the place."

"Overall the stay was good. We spent 8 days and went to many of the sights and beaches. The walk down to the beach onsite is a little steep just stay to the right on the way down. The kitchen was serviceable and we used it a lot. The place Comfortably sleeps 4 with two open sleeping quarters. The sofa / TV area was nice and the lanai was nice. A few maintenance items in the unit that need attention and the unit is somewhat dated but does the job. "

"This place was great. My only complaint is that the dryer does not work. Everything else was absolutely great. We stayed as a family if 6 with two young adult children and two teens and we all had plenty of space."
