"I felt uncomfortable when I opened the room door — everything looked old and overused. The towels, pillows, bed sheets, and other items were heavily worn. The microwave was missing the glass plate. Most concerning of all, we found a bed bug on the bed. Fortunately, the staff were cooperative during the refund process."
