"Parking was fine. Staff never answers the phone. I walked in to the lobby and it took a long time to get help. Additionally, the pillows in our room had mildew and stains. There were cigarette ashes in the bathroom and in the tub, and the chair was stained as well. Once we saw the room, I returned the key and left. There’s no way I was going to stay there with 2 children. "

"There was a barking dog, the fire alarm was broke and beeping all night and the window didn’t even open - customer service was nice "

"Neglected room is an understatement. Poorly repaired walls. Bathroom was so bad that we couldnt shower"
