No idea how the multi-unit home made it to the website, but we were informed that the 3br/2 bath unit was a hoax by one of the building residents upon 8p.m. arrival. No one answered the associated phone number nor responded to the access question I posted via the hotels.com chat the night before/day of booking. The website refunded"

"Room was very dated but the bed was comfortable. Numerous areas of wallpaper that had been very poorly repaired. Carpet at the threshold to the tile entry was severely damaged, a tack was sticking up which I stepped on. I did inform the front desk when I left and the gentlemen there seemed engaged to share that it would be fixed."

"Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. "

"The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!"
