"Great stay"

"Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door. "

"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. "One can tell someone did a lot of work on the hotel, but major issues remain! Cockroaches in the room, the smoke detector hanging by its wires, the sink falling out of its counter, the toilet rocking, a roll of toilet paper with only enough on it for one use and no spare, gunk on the wall by the bed, the TV difficult to see cause it is somehow being converted to an analog signal before being distributed, tiny towels that one can barely dry oneself with it.
