「We were greeted immediately by friendly staff. The room was clean but could use a bit of refreshing. My only suggestion is to take toiletries off the list of amenities. They list both toiletries and more specifically, shampoo. There was neither in the room, and they don’t provide it. Overall, a positive experience.」

「The room and facility was very clean and your staff should be complimented for it. I spoke with some of the housekeeping staff and they were friendly and enjoyed their job. What a refreshing change. They are valuable employees. Only complaint was hallway noise. Perhaps a door seal issue? We will come back to this hotel.」

「This small very reasonably priced motel was given mostly excellent reviews and was listed as pet friendly and we were traveling with a dog. We were excited to see that they also didn’t require an extra payment for our dog so we decided to give it a try.
We were really pleased that it lived up to the positive reviews. It is very well cared for, tastefully decorated with nice towels and comfortable beds. Although the rooms are not large they were fine for our needs.
They have a nice large area...

「No on-site office. Check-in via posted phone number. Quick, professional, and personable check-in. Room was clean and cozy. Bed comfortable. Staff was very responsive to text messages. Will stay here again on next visit to Gladstone.」
