「We stayed here as we wanted to be close to Fort William! It was amazing to be the base of Ben Nevis, the room was basic but enough, we had dinner and breakfast at the little restaurant which was good. We got discounted tickets to go on the gondola by staying. Small thing was that there was no extra pillows in room. Otherwise no issues」

Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to...
