「This property is dated and the furniture has stains on them. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. I could still find dirt on the soap holder. I didn’t use the wifi or laundry. Staff were courteous. 」

「You billed me when I got to hotel and was turned away. I was told there was nothing in my name it had been cancelled. I will be filing a BBB complaint and a complaint with police and with attorney general. You stole my money. 」

「The service was okay, the room was fine, but the breakfast was a joke. The pancake machine barely worked and it hadn't been cleaned properly. My husband tried to fix it, so that's how we knew it wasn't cleaned. There were no fresh fruit and the sausage patties were overcooked, tasted like jerky. The juice machine had refill on everything, except cranberry. On the second day, the eggs were gone after an hour, no more extra and breakfast is suppose to be from 6-9, so there should have been more....
