"The service desk people were rude, it was the worst hotel stay of my life. "

"The room was clean and the people that checked us in was nice. The down part was the breakfast. There was people in there eating and a man shirtless eating and leaned on counters was a deterrent for us"

"We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 start is because the walls and floors are paper thin. We were on the ground level and can hear every movement above us. "
