"Great location. Clean, open concept. Patio door opens to the lanai and back gardens, absolutely beautiful. Has a lot of things here to make the stay extra easy! Extra towel, beach towel, beach chairs. I would love to stay here every time I come to Maui. Some of the reviews I read about things not being clean or beat up, not sure if they are true or if they’ve fixed those issues. I had zero issues. 10/10. Wish they could offer a late check out, I didn’t see that. "

On the back side of Ka'uiki Hill in Hana, Red Sand (Kaihalulu) Beach is just a five minute hike, but steep drop offs and loose gravel from this cinder cone make it a treacherous trip. "Booked a last min stay because my flight was cancelled so wasn’t there long. Just slept for a bit and left but the property was nice and there’s a hot tub available to use as well. Everything was comfortable and I had what I needed. The neighbors cat came over and was very friendly :)"
