"We chose this hotel based on the 8.5 rating. I have NO idea who is rating this hotel well. The hotel is very tired. Needs to be remodeled. The rooms just need to be refreshed. The beds were really hard. My granddaughter said "these are the hardest beds I ever felt". The evening clerk was courteous and helpful. The morning clerk was odd and really overly friendly to my 5 year old granddaughter. We tried to eat the breakfast but it was awful. Milk was bad, the coffee was watery, the apple juice had fermented in the machine and the guy said "oh that always happens". The bagels were hard as hockey pucks. The hotel advertises prominently on the sign out front that they have a hot breakfast. At this exit, there are probably 25 hotels right together and there are many other hotels at this price point. I would try one of the other ones. This one needs to step up their game. "

"No blanket on the bed, room was dirty and not anything like the photos shown. Very disappointed."
