The check-in lady at night was very nice, we got in at 9:45pm so it was straight to bed. The bed was clean, and comfortable, noticed it had been updated recently. In the morning turned the light to the bathroom to find bugs 🐜 and mold. The bathroom clearly hasn’t been renovated yet… When checking out the lady was very rude and not willing to talk about a refund, and said yeah we know we have bugs have been working on the problem… how are they still open for business?

Great staff and good updates on a dated property. Its your standard good motel 6. Clean rooms, good service. Area is a little rough, however I've stayed 3 times over 2 years, and never had any issue.

I killed many "cockroach" type bugs in the room over the course of my 6 night stay. I stayed there around the same time the year prior and I did not have this issue. I will not stay there again. The staff that I interacted with during check in and when I had an issue with my keycard during my stay were outstanding. They were extremely friendly and helpful.

The service was fantastic, very friendly and quick! We were only there about 2 hours when we saw 2 coackroaches running on the walls. We took our belongings and left immediately! The front desk lady was very helpful and apologized several times. She said they knew about the issue and were treating for them. I feel that maybe they should close until the issue has been addressed and taken care of so guests aren't returning home with an issue that's going to cost them money to take care of!!

Though the property is currently under construction, it is in poor condition compared to other motel 6. I love they are pet friendly and do not charge a pet fee. $60 deposit at check in. Staff was very friendly. One night was more than enough here, even for the low price. I wish I would have driven ahead to go elsewhere.

Great stay for the price. Check-in at the lobby was very friendly and less cumbersome than the average hotel check-in. The room was very suitable and comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a balcony. I do think that some art on the walls would make it seem less institutional, and access to shampoo and conditioner would be great as well. Those are not complaints, only recommendations. I lived in Lincoln for over 15 years and it is now a good travel hub for me as I am on the road a lot, so I would say it is very likely that I will stay here again!

Good room, noisy guests.

The staff is friendly. My floor of guests were terribly noisy.A lot of noise in the hall until 12 am. The people next to my room called the front desk to complain about me when I asked them to be quiet at 2am and 3:15 am.

It's just barely OK seriously out dated but currently under renovations, beds were great, no coffee maker or hairdryer, frig has no freezer we lost all our ice cream 😫 only real bad thing was cockroaches, but that better than bed bugs! Best front staff i have encpuntered in a very long time, very helpful and courteous.

Receptionist and staff were excellent. We knew that the price was comparatively low, so our expectations were accordingly. Walls that needed painted, many upgrades needed, coffee only for breakfast, but our rooms were clean and presentable.

It’s just old and falling apart. You get what you pay for type of deal. Staff were fantastic though. No hair blow dryer so bring it if you need one.
