「Pre registration is pointless. Had to re register on arrival. Staff member on a personal call during arrival - not unfriendly but clearly didn’t want to be bothered.
Room keys didn’t work at first - had to go back down so she could rekey. Door stuck, deadbolt wouldn’t lock. Paint peeling off walls and hand towel was damp upon arrival… no idea WHY. Paid $120 for what should have been $75 max.」

「please please please do not stay here at all. this place smells very bad. i couldn’t even sleep and had to get another property. it should be removed from expedia. it is not safe for you or your family. do yourself a favor and find another property. 」
