Everything was awesome as always ! -housekeeping be mindful about check out ( double check with guest before entering)

Room was clean, staff was so very nice, and everyone at the front desk was friendly and accommodating

often we find ourselves in the area and were never pleased, except for this time: pleasant greetings, smooth check in, lovely room, fantastic breakfast, staff were super.

I really love, the young man who check us in. He was very friendly, and made sure we had what we needed & needed to know. Due to COVID lobby stay clean. Housekeeper: what I dislike was the half clean all the mirrors were marked up and that makes me feel like other things weren't wiped down from being experienced of housekeeping myself, but other than that, my bed was clean, toliet & tub. Setup was nice for walk-in

Clean, quiet and staff was polite and friendly.

Easy and speedy check in , staff was very pleasant n welcoming, clean and cozy, I would definitely recommend and return on my next trip!!

Relaxed and rested enough to get through the day. Only thing wrong with some lighting did not function properly. Otherwise fine.

I never saw a hotel room with not carpet. So glad to see someone updating rooms. Nothing bad to say at all!

We were created like family. The woman who checked us in was just delightful. She also sang to us the next morning at breakfast. The hotel was clean with very large rooms. It was like a mini apartment. Very happy with our choice. Would gladly stay again

The hotel is very CLEAN

Fantastic experience! Great owners! The new room rennovations are fantastic! We had to modify our reservation and the owners credited us the difference. They didn't have to but they did. Great customer service

My stay was amazing. Only thing had cut stay short by one day due to weather.

What I did not like was the fact that I had to pay $100.00 deposit that nobody mentioned until I got there. and then it may take up to 3 to 5 days to get it back. So I had to go across the street and get $100 cash at 10:00 at night just so I can have my money back immediately. Never heard of such a thing...especially a tiny town like Smyrna...REALLY??? For all its good things, I would not stay there again just based on the inconvenience of a deposit that you may eventually get back. If you got...

great size room and bathroom. checkin was smooth. be advised they do not take amex !

Have stayed here several times and never disappointed. A nice comfortable place to stay. The rooms do fill up quickly so always recommend reserving early.
